PT Hepa Humindo Prakarsa is an HVAC contractor specialising in the design, construction, and certification of clean room systems for a range of manufacturing needs. We deliver integrated sterile rooms built to meet strict regulations such as CPOB (Good Manufacturing Practice for Drugs) in pharmaceuticals, plus high hygiene standards in food, beverage, and cosmetics.
Integrating the air system for a sterile room
Building a sterile room means getting the mechanical and air components to work together. The way we approach it:
- Staged filtration (HEPA filter): We use an air handling unit (AHU) fitted with a high-efficiency HEPA filter (up to 99.97%) to keep airborne particles, dust, and microbial contaminants out of sensitive production areas.
- Accurate temperature and humidity control: Room cooling is paired with an industrial dehumidifier so relative humidity (RH) and temperature hold steady around the clock.
- Pressure management and ducting network: Through precise ducting contractor work we create the right positive/negative pressure differential, keep dirty outside air from leaking in, and route heat exhaust (tarik panas) safely.
What our construction standards cover
Every sterile facility build rests on strict engineering calculations:
- Particle-class compliance: We confirm the room meets ISO standards (class 5 to 8) and any local regulation your production line requires.
- Specialised sandwich panel material: Walls and ceilings use antibacterial, easy-to-clean, low-joint (seamless) panels to limit dust build-up or cross contamination.
- Testing and commissioning: We run full performance tests from filter leak checks and air change rate measurement to lighting checks before handover.
